As the first major warlord I always imagined Sargon having some kind of badass archon ideology of things and knew he was the first in a long tradition; probably truthfully thought himself as a god-incarnate.

I'm not sure, I don't think I've read enough loki to judge it properly.
But to provide a more serious answer, it's well intended, but ultimately wrong. He bases it off a secular world view, but notion he espouses, such as equality, democracy or blind justice lack a sufficient reason to be adhered to within that world view. The only reason I would ever limit my actions to allow those ideas of his to exist would be if I believed that I would be in need of them, which makes sense if I'm some poor nobody, but for someone with sufficient power and will, there would be no reason for me to abide by such ideas if they doing such would limit my ambitions. This is fundamentally where his ideology falls flat on it's face, since his main opponents, groups such as the alt-right or SJWs, have no reason whatsoever to abide by his ideas, and as such his ideology really only makes sense for those who already believe it, which means it's rather pointless.
In short, he talks too much about the what and not enough about the why.
