So after 5+ years of near zero physical exercise, I did 3x10 push ups and 3x10 curl ups a couple of days ago. I'm still deathly sore today.
Should I work out today?
How big would my muscles get from that 1 work out? I'm really sore so they should grow really big right?

I would suggest picking up convict conditioning and doing the workout in that.
It will ease you into it nice and slow.
