To be clear, this isn't me in the pic. I found this guy's pic on a bodybuilding forum.

But I look exactly the same as this guy. My lower stomach sticks out like a hard pooch. I have other digestive issues and my doc thinks I might have crohn's or ulcerative colitis.

You ever seen anything like this?

for my case, it was just never exercising and eating whatever. probably over ate, and lots of garbage food at that.

Thats just a guy with an absurd amount of visceral fat. I was like that when i was skinny fat.
That problem is from a high intake of processed simple sugars.
Thankfully, visceral fat is stored as short term energy, so its what is burnt first by your body when losing weight.
Basically just eat under maintenance and do cardio every day and it'll go away in like two months.
