>spending 3 hours a day every day in gym

If I didn't jave to work I would try this for a few months just to see..

1. Biked to work and biked home. (my commute: 16 miles total)
2. Ran to gym.
3. Lifted 30 minutes.
4. Walked home.

Repeat basically.

Please elaborate.

> 8 miles bike to work

Protip: your coworkers hate you, your sweat, and your smell. But they'll never say it to your face

I'm mostly vegan so I don't smell, and showered every day, including a shower at work

Also a well ventilated workspace

After several years of this routine you don't smell. In fact its the opposite, you smell fit if anything.

Some people do reek, I'm not one of them. I do think being mostly veg helps a hell of a lot.

My shits are and were God-tier.

alright
its a points-based system that gives a point for each activity, with double points for running
as you get more points per week, you have a higher score

this user says that he's done about 950 minutes of exercise through the week, netting him 1100 points
this puts him on an arbitrary scale of "Near perfect physical form. Feel amazing"

>I'm mostly vegan so I don't smell

Haha

Get out

>Protip: your coworkers hate you, your sweat, and your smell. But they'll never say it to your face

seriously, its always possible that someone just hates your smell, okay? but this wasn't the case.

Woops! Noticed typo!

Corrected version.

>"Oh, boy, that 8 mile bike ride sure got me sweating!"

T. Fatso """"powerlifter""""

Dude I originally made that post as bait but with all honesty I think you might be slightly delusional.

Like, I totally admire your dedication but there is NO way you don't smell with that routine. Don't be that guy.

Oh, and NO POWERLIFTING.

Fuck ME, I'll have to keep editing final draft

Is olympic lifting ok?

No, this is a squat optional, mostly cardio routine

I didn't squat much at all, definitely could have improved there.

I found that powerlifting and squats increases mass of glutes/quads and legs...

which lowers the center of gravity...

which is compensated for by...

the body biased toward burning off energy below the waist...

and thus raising the center of gravity.
When I did perform them I had instant mass gain, and improved performance, but with the overall efficiency cost which just meant having to eat EVEN MORE delicious VEGETARIAN FARE... and meat, once a month at best.

Your results may vary!

t. Resting heart rate about 40

Then your system is flawed and you should remove "lift weights" all together

I knew a guy with a resting heart rate of 45. He was an unathletic fat fuck with a heart condition where it skipped beats.

What a loser

Weightlifting including bodyweight lifting isn't necessarily required but its what I did.

I hit the gym harder than 95% of the people in there (which isn't saying much, uni-gym, and all)

I'm not training to run the fastest minute possible.

I'm training BY running for 2.25 hours a week at maximum effort

But yeah, regardless I could have done a little more lower body and legwork and had more gains

Speaking of which, is my resting heart rate that which I have when I'm asleep? Or is that lower than resting?

not buying your garbage ebook

sage

>Speaking of which, is my resting heart rate that which I have when I'm asleep? Or is that lower than resting?

Unless you are aroused nocturnally, yes.

Generally taken shortly after you wake up in the morning is good enough.

Not my book.

You cannot be anything but a fatty from Reddit. This is some HAES tier shit

>all this cardio
Enjoy your fucked up knees and hip replacements fag.

>walk 10-12 miles a day for my warehouse job
>"deep sleeping" catagory if given literally 0 movement outside of work
>no way to gauge "throwing thousands of boxes into trucks" because of weight varying from 10 ounces to 80 pounds
>gym 2 hours on every day off
>places well above "near perfect physical form"
>23% bf
I think this is bullshit.

>all that cardio
