Alternatively, even if you have fantastic genetics, if you're fucking obese or something you'll probably get passed over for someone who looks decent and is moderately fit.
So far as the Chad mentality goes, I'd say it can be built, but it's way easier if you were like that since you were a child. If you learned to act Chad when you were 14 playing football, you've got almost 10 years up on the guy who is trying to become Chadly in his mid 20s. It's never too late to change, but it gets harder the longer you wait.
