Yohimbine works, I slack on it a lot to be honest because it's makes me shake like a leaf in the wind and my job is very precise shit with electronic stuff.
I definitely get hard as fuck and blow huge loads compared to when I off cycle for a week or so.
All the sleep shit puts me down within 30 min to an hour after taking it and I stay asleep until my alarm goes off, otherwise I sleep like shit.

If you eat right and train hard you can get a ton out if that cycle, I've been blast and cruising for a year now and have no Intention of taking test over 500 anytime soon, it does great for me there, deca is low but will help your joints immensely. Took pygeum bark (500mg) for two weeks and saw no difference, then tried extract (100mg) for a week and also saw 0 changes. Am I doing something wrong?

I take it in the morning before I do a 10 mile bike ride to work, by sleep time it's way over you are fucking up.
But I stack it with 2000mg l-arginine and 200 or 400mg of caffeine depending on how tired I am when I wake up, take 20mg of yohimbine in the stack.

It did wonders for me but many reviews on amazon said there was absolutely no change for them at all. Some say it even made things worse.
