Was going to the gym but friend called and wanted to chop wood. So... I chopped THE FUCK out of quite a lot of wood for a few hours. I'm hoping it gave me a workout but I don't feel sore.

Diet went as planned, no deviation.

Accomplished a few things, pushing major projects forward piece by piece. Vendor submitted a nice fucking design to me today for a NEMA4 rated stainless steel wall mounted networking enclosure that I'm looking forward to buying ($3600 each, fucking steal for custom fab).

I got some assignments done ahead of time today. I also made a big step in not being so clingy with my friends.

Didn't go lift today. Had horrible feeling in my chest and I can't keep food down. Decided to get some sleep instead.

I've been lifting on 5x5 for like a month, I hot 1pl8 on my squats and .5pl8 on my OHP, although I'm stalling on them. My biggest problem is controlling what I eat, I have an unhealthy emotional dependence on food I'm trying to get over. Hit 160 on my squat but went out and ate a whole hazelnut chocolate bar that was 700 calories. I'm going to try to do 20/4 fasts, are these any good?

Hit the gym this morning, wanted to work on my chest but ended up destroying my triceps. Feels good all the same.

Made lunch + meal prep for the week with a fuckton of black beans, onions, tomatoes mixed veg, brown rice and spices. Bulking rn so I doused my bowl with cheese and some Frank's Red Hot.

Doing some reading for uni now - about to head into town for a haircut before class. Sealed the deal with my new gf a few weeks ago so I'm currently in 'do it for her' mode.

I'm not fasting to compensate, I want to try if for the long term

Was in a sort of bad car accident last week, so I can't work out for another month or so, but I worked on learning some computer bullshit to get out of my current unemployment and previous dead end physical labor job, and lastly heard back from a university and got accepted. So aight I suppose.

Since April I've gone from 340 to 300 pounds. I know I can and .hould be doing better. I feel like I might make it this time.

Got back to the gym after a hiatus since I was traveling around.

Even though I am not as strong as I used to, its nice that even after a long hiatus I am nowhere as weak as I was at the beggining and I dont need to start from 0.

I went to Canada to study abroad, they had a nice gym and everything so training was good.

After coming back I was dephased from uni so I didnt have an acess to the gym and my mom was kinda sick so I was busy.

Did about 100 wide-grip pullups and some other modified BW shit. More interested in cutting right now for dat dere ottermode
10.5 mile ride on my bike in 35 minutes. Not full out but not slacking either.
Ate well, made a blueberry+blackberry shake for lunch. Shit was SO cash.
Meditated for 20 minutes.
And now I'm getting ready to read before lights out.

Oh and I officially haven't touched a drink or drugs in a year today. And hit my target weight. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Did GPP today for back and chest. Tommarow is heavy chest and arm day. Ended with some light cardio. Gym wasnt as packed today but someone left a fuckton of disgusting head and back sweat on the back press. Almost hurled. Clean your shit you disgusting fucks.

I did pretty well. Woke up early, ate a big breakfast, was productive with my goals the whole day and got my 3000kcal in, I've really been slacking off in how much I eat. Had a great workout, got home and have been trying to sleep for about 2 hours now

I have to go take a test at MEPS tomorrow for the MOS I'm trying to get, for any of you military fags out there. Problem is I can't fall asleep and I know it's going to fuck me tomorrow morning but I hate just fucking laying here wide awake. Maybe I'll do some more work and try to tire myself out...

I tripped over in the garden, faceplanted, and broke my nose. i dont feel too well.

Got some school shit done, assignments and whatnot. Didn't skip the gym, never on chest day. Diet still fine.

Pretty good day.

Diet is going well. I'm on my third day of eating 1500 calories and I've already dropped 5lbs. Much of that is probably just water weight but it's still satisfying to see the number go down. I'm 175 now, so I'll hopefully reach 150 by early January and be able to see some definition

I consistently 20/4 fast mon-friday while working labour. Really helps with cutting but if you tryna add weight maybe only do ot a couple times a week. the energy levels are nice tho
