Now that autumn has officially started, how was your progress this summer?
Did you achieve any of your fitness goals? What are some of your future goals for autumn & even the winter?

Eat bigger and get bigger

did GOCMAD all summer, not sure if I gave myself diabetes

I managed to gain a bit of mass, during the summer, I love how it all got evenly spread out.

Not long before I'm not a t-rex anymore.

> autumn

You mean spring right

Got to 14% bodyfat, was originally 20-22%

>How was your progress this summer?
Started bulking at the beginning of it, put on about 20-25lbs but have been stalling because I haven't been hitting my daily caloric goals.
>Fitness goals?
All of my lifts have jumped up, especially my rows and squats.
>What are some of your future goals for autumn & even the winter? I really want to get better at eating. I need to meal prep and plan out my meals for the day or else I end up not even hitting maintenance. It's difficult because I work graveyards 2-4 times per week which fucks with my sleep schedule and how I discern "Daily caloric intake", also stresses me out and makes me less motivated to meal prep. Also going to try to get back into deadlifting this autumn (refrained due to back problems and muscular imbalances) and am excited because I love doing it.

OP here I'm an Amerifag so autumn just started this weekend

I lost a few lbs & I look more toned. Been getting lots of compliments from friends & family. I went overseas to Japan this summer & i ate nothing but raw fish & vegetables so it kept me pretty lean on top of walking up to 16 miles a day since i had trouble finding some places.
Ive also been really working on my cardio since I'm working on my first race in November. My clothes fit better & I'm overall in much better shape. I don't tire out as easily & I can lift more.

>Overall great summer 8/10 :)

same here bra!

>tfw I bulked during the summer

I gained around 4 or 5 pounds of muscle and improved my form a lot. My strength went up a bit too. I'm re thinking my training though because I'm unhappy with my results.

My next bulk will consist of madcow for one cycle to see how I respond to strength oriented training and after that I will start an Upper lower split with linear periodization.

Lost 25 pounds since May, still have 30 to go by the end of January and then another 15 after that by April. Now I need to start working on my running and improving my times along with strength goals. Overall feels good knowing that at the end of spring next year I'll be in the best shape of my life after being a fatass for the last 10 years.

same but more like 25% starting

Good for you, user. That's. Lot of hard work & dedication

I lost 40lb from January to August
From August 11th to today, I have lost 27lb
I've lost 4" off my waist and 16" off my stomach
I went from a XXXL shirt to an XXL and I now fit into some XLs
My OHP has gone from 85lb to 160lb for reps
My bench has gone from 105 to 205lb for reps
My deadlift has gone from 195 to 365lb for reps
My squat has gone from 175 to 245lb for reps
My mile went from nearly unobtainable (maybe 13 minutes) to 9:14, and I'm getting better every day
Im avoiding crappy food, eating grilled chicken and white rice, not drinking soda or any other major flavored drinks (except sips, god damn I love sips)

My plans are to keep working at it and I hope to reach 190lb (currently 240) by April.
I would like to reach lmao 5pl8 diddly in the next year
I want to get to 2.5pl8 bench before the year is up
I want to get to 3pl8 squat before the year is up

i did 6 months PPLPPLX and started getting my first decent noob-gains, but then i stopped working out because i got lazy and now im back on square one.

I fucked up lads. Lost a decent amount of size and like 2% bodyfat. Made a new diet plan, can someone evaluate it (going on cut to get to 10%)

I injured myself squatting 325lbs and throwing out my back. That mixed with my time out the gym to recover and the fucking hurricane set me back. I just recently got back my normal weight, and most of my strength back.

I believe I need to go into overdrive to n strengthening my core.

>dabeer mirza
>cutting plan
>brunch?
>tea
>1/2 banana
>7 whole almonds

10/10

Went on a 1500 kcal deficit at the start of the summer, then eventually IF.

LOST 0 POUNDS

Diddly: 135lb -> 225lb
Squiddly: 105lbs -> 225lbs
Biddly: 95lbs -> 165lbs
Ohiddly: 45lbs -> 95lbs

I cant seem to lose weight at all

Noob gains. It is possible to lose fat and gain muscle as a beginner. You probably lost fat and gained some muscle so that you have a net weight change of 0.

Or you cannot count calories.

I might just make it before Christmas

That's awesome bro. What inspired you to make such a change?

lost like 20 pounds
hit 2.5 plate bench
1.5 plate OHP

focused more on isolation exercises to get arms, shoulders, and back bigger

I'm slowly making it

got gf too

yo dude that's sick, how long did it take you?

good shit, keep it up

Gained 15 pounds and can now deadlift 4 plaet for a triple
max out the dumbells in my gym (only 40kg in my gym lmao)
will be traveling for 6 weeks, hope to regain everything and start cutting in feb-march

Started working out August 18th, made it to 185 bench, but I gained like 5 pounds. Being 6'4" has its advantages I guess because no one can tell I've started working out as i'm 277 lbs

Im a paramedic and I hated being a fat pile of lard. I'm only 22. I have my whole life ahead of me, why do I wanna be a fat pile of shit for it?

Decided I wanted to be a firefighter/rescue specialist/hotshot in late November because while being a medic is fun, I feel way more at-home in really critical and dangerous situations

>Now that autumn has officially started
Lmaoing at you north hemisphere cucks

good progress, what time frame?
