Vegan diets kill infants

>inb4 humane slaughter

humane: having or showing compassion or benevolence

What do you suggest I eat then?

My grandparents on both sides are in their late 80s, early 90s, still live in their own homes, still get around on their own. They've always consumed animal products.

If vegans are the communism of diet plans, is that why they all look they suffer from malnutrition and starvation?

'omni diet kills babies'

fox59.com/2017/07/05/indianapolis-parents-charged-with-neglect-after-baby-dies-of-malnutrition-dehydration/

Don't waste your time in this thread, because lengthy debates are impossible in an anonymous form. It'll go something like this:

Meat: My grampa is still alive, so your health argument is invalid
Vegan: Look at this GIF of a brutalized mammal, aren't you ashamed of yourself?
Meat: That's not standard procedure
Vegan: Enjoy your heart problems
Meat: My grandma is still alive

Wake up
Go vegan

I don't care about animal farming.

I don't care about cherry picked studies.

Show me some a meta-analysis of health differences in eating animal products vs not eating animal products.

Don't give me this cherry picked study of "may increase risk of cancer by 0.2%" when it's not even made 100% clear whats caused that result, when many other things could have, that weren't taken into account.

a healthy, well planned vegan diet obviously

Congrats he did in 15 years what the average carnists do in 2.

Plus most vegan lifters start after years of using meat gains then plateau on their commie cuck guilt diet

Very true.

>sickening
This is a blue board faggot

Why don't vegans support hunting. The animals are living in their natural environment, aren't subject to torture, and it helps the environment and teaches respect for the ecosystem.

dailymail.co.uk/health/article-1028854/How-strict-vegan-diet-children-ill.html

This really doesn't look like 45 g desu
Vegan here
It looks like 25 at the absolute best
Unless that's an 18" plate or something

I'm giving veganism a go. Not because of morals, but because vegans keep saying they feel better not eating meat. Since I eat meat with every meal everyday, if anyone should notice a difference quickly it should be me.
I've stocked my cupboards with
>Beans (black, kidney)
>Chickpeas
>Tempeh
>Hummus
>Tofu
>Range of vegetables
>Peanuts
What am I missing? I'm giving this a go for 2 weeks. If I notice nothing I'm going to donate to the local slaughterhouse

Your gains
Rip

all lies.

most of these studies have to do with low fat high fat, low protein high protein

check them yourselves

>my vague and poorly done vegan biased studies are correct and everything you say otherwise is a lie.

T. Vegan cuck

Tbh senpai my gains haven't been the best from my first years lifting with a 60% meat based diet. I'm happy to lose 2 weeks gains for a experiment.
>Implying you've even been to the gym in the past 2 weeks

Meat is fucking tasty brah.

>notice a difference quickly
vegan here, no, it won't be quick, in fact you'll feel bloated as fuck the first week and you'll fart a lot. If you are willing to give it an honest shot, give it at the absolute minimum one whole month with abslutely ZERO animal products
Buy lentils, corn and oats too by the way
Olive oil and onions
Canned tomatoes
spices
whole grain bread
Ask anything else you want

Wasn't it in the news that some couple put their baby on a vegan diet and it almost died? I say this because your one link says "vegan diet healthy for all stages of life" I'm pretty sure that's inaccurate.
I don't hate vegans or anything just don't want to be misinformed about stuff.

>vegans have to compare themselves to coal burning drug addicts as a rebuttal.

My sides

so long as your macros and micros are the same you should feel as good as ever.

Get some mock meats and see if you like the taste

Yes, one vegan baby out of millions died. Whoop de fucking doo.

There's cases we're they flat out died.

And half of it is because the mother can't breastfeed properly.

There are not millions of vegan babies. There probably isn't a thousand

>one vegan baby out of millions
>millions

>comparing not-meat that is filled with things that can be whatever since it's not meat with a meat not designed to be macro intensive

If anyone eats sausage under the assumption that it's a good source of macros, then that's their fault for being retarded. Sausage is designed for taste, which I can guarantee is better than fake sausage which requires thousands of spices to not taste like grain

I want to go vegan, but how can I still get enough protein and maintain/continue to make gains?

Last time I stopped eating meat for 6 months I started regressing in the gym, my body-fat went higher, and definitely lost muscle mass.

I'm just afraid that if I went on a vegan diet permanently I'd end up looking like a skinnyfat faggot, which is what I started to look like when I stopped eating meat for 6 months even though I was still lifting just as hard.

>Lentis oats canned tomatoes
Got all of those as well, so all set there.

Whats your average lunch like? I'm just eating beans straight out the tin and half a broccoli.

I don't think I'll last a month desu senpai. If I eat meat every meal everyday and cut it, I should notice a difference in 2 weeks. If I do keto it takes me 5-6 days for my body to adapt so I think any feelings of energy or well being that vegans go on about should be noticeable.

>Paying ten times as much for a mock product that doesn't taste as good
If I wanted to eat something healthier than sausage, I would have chicken

i-nhs.com/inhs/diet-veganbaby.html

> JUST ONE

lmao

Blame the mother, not the diet. If a baby dies from overheating in a car, you don't blames cars, you blame the parents.

All you have to do is eat a kilogram of beans and lentils

Yeah she was stupid enough to think a child could grow properly and survive on a vegan diet.

I want to look like the guy on the left, not the guy on the right.

Blaming the mother for putting her child on a crappy diet sounds good enough.

Holy shit lol

Wait, that gut is because he's holding massive farts and not because of steroids!?

I was being facetious, that being said, Lenny has a huge gut from intestinal hyperplasia due to HGH abuse

You realize he just has the best core in the industry from years of muscle maturity right?

Shut up retard

Been vegan for a year now, absolutely no loss of gains and Ive been progressing just fine. Beans, chickpeas, lentils, tofu, seitan, tempeh, nuts, peanut butter, etc. are a good source of protein. You got this man. If you got any question ask away, always happy to help people make the switch

populationpyramid.net/world/2017/
~9.1% of all humans are between 0-5 years old
~7.5 billion * ~0.091 = ~680.000.000 humans below 5 years old
Vegans worldwide are at the most conservative estimate 0.5%. That is not taking into account that the younger you are the more likely you are to be vegan, and also that the younger you are the more likely to have a child aged 0-5
0.005*680 mil=3.400.000 vegan humans below 5 years old at the absolute most conservative estimate
So yeah, millions.
Your turn.
>I don't think I'll last a month desu senpai. If I eat meat every meal everyday and cut it, I should notice a difference in 2 weeks.
Keto does not alter what your intestines have to deal with too much, you're still eating animal products and fibrous products
Veganism is quite a change.
>Whats your average lunch like? I'm just eating beans straight out the tin and half a broccoli.
something similar, I'm not very imaginative.
I love stir frys too, sometimes I eat sandwiches with mock schnitzel and sauerkraut etc

Even most vegans aren't stupid enough to try to apply it to their infant children

With estimate being the keyword.

Infants get via breast milk, if the moster has a vegan diet the child also suffers from it.

Then as the child ages robbing a child of the few actual foods a child can eat puts the nail in the coffin.

The articles shown of death are the extreme, there is vast number of cases where vegan child malnutrition was reversed before it lead to death.

Oi, the job in the video seems pretty fun desu. What kind of education you need to become one ?

Vegan babies die when their mothers are B12 deficient. If you have a brain and know where to get B12 as a vegan this is not an issue.

ALL MOTHERS SHOULD GET A BLOOD TESTS BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER PREGNANCY

Just eat meat bro

Clarence0 is the strongest person on Veeky Forums and youtube fitness and he's vegan. You can be strong and not get colon cancer, meatcucks!

Meat cuck here, trying to transition slowly to vegan diet.

Currently...

Monday - Lean Fish (Basa)
Tuesday - Chicken Breast
Wednesday - Beef 95-5
Thursday - Lean Fish (Basa)
Friday - Chicken Breast
Saturday - Lean Fish (Tuna)
Sunday - Vegan

Those animal products that I eat on those 6 days are a huge portion of my protein, for very little calories, how am I supposed to replace that bang for my buck when it comes to calories? I can literally get 100g+ protein within 500 calories from chicken breast for example, what kind of non-animal product can give me that?

I don't have a fast metabolism, so I can't eat 3000+ calories, so my choices are limited if I want to actually hit my required protein in-take as a lifter.

Nice source
And "absolute most conservative" being the keywords you missed
Yes, so the mom should supplement B12. 4 cents a day. Wow, so expensive.

He was vegan as of like 2-3 years ago, at which point he was already built. Nice try though

Firsthand B12 supplementation is better than secondhand B12 supplementation

Read this

Fuck off soy boy

>vegan cucks literally eating supplements ment for sheep

I didn't miss them. Estimation is garbage.

Do you have a better "calculation" then?
Was there a flaw in my calculation that you'd like to point out?

the babies kill themselves when they realize they have a vegan as a parent

Why do vegans always remind me of brainwashed liberal cuckolds who think Marxism works.

Because they are. And you know if they're dumb enough to anthropomorphize cows, they probably do for niggers as well

Keep doing your calculations. Or you could actually go out andshow me those millions of vegan babies that you calculastimated.

Too busy fucking your dad

The most obvious way is either vegan protein powders or plant based 'mock meats'

e.g. Beyond Meat beef has
Per serve
Calories: 80
Protein: 13g
Carb: 1g
Fat: 3g

i5.walmartimages.com/asr/dc691751-899e-4bd4-8f45-87d23d916427_5.ae3f9dcf3b121f0a335064db7e80391e.png

there's also things like the mock chicken in pic

>mock chicken
How sad

Then eat meat, stop coming to these threads you stupid fucks. And learn how useless anecdotes are for making decisions.
Oh look it's the typical case of middle class sheltered boy who thinks the world is exactly how mommy, daddy and the news tells him it is.

Your diet probably sucked. Eat more beans, pick up some hemp protein, make sure you aren't vitamin deficient. Don't take supplements, just but fortified foods like almond milk. Supplement dosage is absurdly high and cause cancer, most recently discovered is B12 supplements.

>People who read books know a fact that vegetarians do not- that at one point in history, the Earth's total population of humans dropped to between 5,000 and 10,000 individuals, due to the eruption of Mt. Toba in Sumatra, which killed off most of the available plant and animal life on Earth in 71,000 BC. During this period of time, humans were confined to an
>extraordinarily small area of Africa that escaped glaciation, where they subsisted on a diet that was "approximately 50-70% meat and 50-30% plants, respectively." This diet was necessitated by the die-off of plants and animals, and the lack of a varied diet that could have been otherwise obtained though plant gathering. It was at this time that the Neanderthal diet came to consist of naught but meat, due to the complete lack of availability of edible vegetation, which likely lasted for at least 1000 years.(Plants/climate)

Just saying. I dont like pigs. They're ugly stupid and greedy bastards.

I also dont like eating pork.

but bacon is gooooooooooooood

had a juicy chicken parm tonight! think i will have a steak tomorrow. FUCK it feels good to be a meat eater

If there were lack of edible vegitation for one thousand years, where did they keep finding meat?

animals definitely can't eat plants that would be indigestible or harmful to humans. go eat grass and shit; cows do and they're huge.

Dang. Considering how small their range was, that population must've been tiny.

Anyone else see Peter in that image?

I was going to say a memmorable peter griffin quote related to veganism but then realized he has none.

Fuck family guy sucks.

he posts this on every thread. It's funny because the link actually links to a page which includes the plant sources. He's absolutely retarded
