try with elevated heels (plates under heels) first
then you can try squatting barefoot
also try wide stance

The bar dude. I tried one time to ge tthe form down but my knees cracked and my heels left the floor.
I tried that as well but afterwards my knees hurt like a bitch and I decided I can live without squats.
