Where's wojak?

original quality

I lost a shit ton of weight over the past few months

im 5'11 and 200 pounds and i cant tell if im still considered a fat guy or not. I don't know if i can make fun of other fat people without seeming like a hypocrite.

I do want to lose 20 more pounds tho.

5'5 230 balding fatfuck manlet.
Decided I can't be all three, focus on the one I can control. Who else uses self-loathing as workout fuel?

No Wojak, its a shit thread.

i'm in the same position, but i just started minoxidil and finasteride so hopefully i can cut that down to just 'manlet'

How old are you? Also if you are balding shouldn't shaving your whole head work?

Can you see your dick when you are straight up and turn your head down? If your belly is in the way you still fat.

i can see my dick when im staright up but i still feel like my face is a bit chubby

>22
>5'9"
>180lbs

On week 3 and I fucking hate this. I just want to eat candy and play videogames all day again. But I want to not be a fatty more. Going to the gym is hard. Cardio is hard. Eating only 1500 calories a day is hard. But maybe when I can take my shirt off in public I'll feel better about it all.

So are these threads tumblr-style emotional purging? Does that really do anything useful?

lose 20more pounds and should be good

>tfw order picker at Amazon
>walk 26 miles a day, 4 days a week
>eat a lot, but never over 2000-2500 calories, actually count everything
>still the exact same weight, but muscle replaced the fat tissue
>still can't lose any weight without getting dizzy from hunger at work due to calorie deficit

WAT DO

At least our busy season is coming up and I will be doing that for 6 days in a row... hopefully I can get lean then. It's fucking ridiculous how hard it is to lose weight even when you are actually trying.

I would try to eat more so you have the energy to exercise, your metabolism is probably shit by now aswell

What's a order picker at amazon?

This is the saddest post I've seen all day lad. Do you start crying when you have to get up to use the bathroom too? Do you whinge when your mum tells you game time is over?

Walking at a brisk pace for 12 hours a day, with barely any rest days really fucks up your metabolism, that's for sure. I'm thinking I might try to eat more lean meat, but my body keeps craving carbs no matter what I do.

Someone who receives an order on their scanner (stuff people order on Amazon) and walks back and forth through the warehouse with a cart and puts the item in it and then on the conveyer. It involves a shit ton of walking through the warehouse and up and down stairs all day. Very good for legs and even arms since we lift heavy stuff. But its almost pure cardio aside from stairs and lifting some things.

Fuck off faggot, no one has to enjoy it. All that matters we're doing it

Woops, messed up the reply order. Anyway, I highly recommend a job at Amazon for people wanting to supplement more workouts outside of their normal routine and actually live by it. Work on ship dock or be a picker though. I was a packer doing boxes once and it's boring AF and not that great of a workout.

How does one get a job at amazon? I'm currently looking for a job.

Literally just look for temp agencies that work with Amazon in your area. Like integrity and others. Or go on the Amazon dot jobs website and apply there. They are hiring right now for some areas, and I think in October and November they will do mass-hiring for the holiday season, so you have a pretty good chance of getting something.

As long as I'm not the one driving packages around since I don't have a license. Is working at Amazon easy?

cry more bitch ass nigga

>Going to the gym is hard. Cardio is hard. Eating only 1500 calories a day is hard.

Thats why you will need to change your diet. Not to starve or excercise yourself to death, that is called jojoing. Carb up, get rid of dairy and fat easy as that.

Yeah I 1/2 guard my head and beard every Sunday to try and pull off the Jason Statham look. I also wear boots to work under my slacks (acceptable because they look like suede) for extra height. Still like 5'6.5 fatfuck.

shave your head and eat leass

That would fall under "transportation specialist" which is a separate thing. You would be looking for "fulltime warehouse associate". Working there is easy, enduring it is another thing. A lot of fatties don't make it in pick, it's a lot harder than some of the other departments as far as physical fitness since you have a certain "rate" you are supposed to have for your whole shift and if you fall under that, you get fired. So laziness will have you lose your job. But you are given 4 weeks to meet the rate.

I use to work at a factory and now I work unloading trucks and stocking in retail. Would you say warehouse associate would be easy for me? I'm guessing it's 7hours of nonstop moving boxes from one side to the other?

>tfw just had about 1000 calories worth of bread and soup from Panera

In pick, it's moving containers full of product that you pick out of bins and you put it on a conveyeor when you fill up the container. So for pick it's a lot of walking back and forth and up and down floors. If you want lots of lifting of boxes you want ship dock. Picking is more cardio based.

Which one would you say is easier?

I'm the same height at 180 and still have 20 lbs to go. When I was 200 I though I'd be happy at 180 too

What the fuck are you eating that it's hard to only eat 1500 calories?

>not hypnotizing yourself to enjoy it all
Never gonna make it

I haven't done much ship dock at all, so I can't say much on it. But from the one day I was down there to help out, I would say it's hard at first but not really that bad. I think if I did it longer I'd have a better idea. For pick it's a matter of building endurance and being able to stand walking on concrete for 12 hours. Aside from your breaks, you will not be sitting down at all, so your legs will definitely get a lot of work out.

Did you have any muscle at 180?

>12hours
You guys get a shit ton of over time?

Aside from the busy season during the holidays, not usually on the night shift. On day shift, yes. But nights pay more and has the 12 hour shift, days is only 10 hours.
If you like overtime and want more working out from work, do day shift. Night shift is if you want more days off but don't mind 12 hours. The extra pay ($3 differential) makes it worth it.

BTW, not every Amazon has 12 hour shifts.

Also if you're looking at a 12 hour shift only, you want "reduced full time". You get 3 days of 12 hours and 1 guaranteed day of overtime if you want it. Rarely anything more than that unless it's holiday season. It's the best shift for flexibility, IMO. It's just not offered at every Amazon unfortunately. There's also "donut shift" for people who want a day off in-between the week as well as other types of shifts that rotate.

Listen, don't listen to this guy What you need is to do something that ACTUALLY helps your metabolic rate increase. Eating carbs will not do this. You need to either start and stick to a ketogenic diet (proven to increase BMR) or start doing intermittent fasting (I wouldn't do more than 16:8 with all that walking. You do need energy, but not as much as you're eating).

2-2.5k per day is quite a bit. Especially if it's all carbs. Carbs are your enemy when trying to cut. Processed carbs cause your insulin to freak out, so your body starts storing energy rather than using or wasting it.

Keto would be super ideal for you, but most people are too much of a bitch to stick with it unless their life depends on it. If you're a fatty, it literally does, but w/e.

Personally, I do OMAD Keto and the weight is MELTING off. Like faster than I ever imagined. Like I've lost 90 lbs so far and still lost 5 last week. I don't even really exercise aside from playing with my kids or walking them to the park.

If you can't do keto, do 1500-1700 of calories per day of lean meat and veggies only, and try like the dickens to do IF.

Lastly, DO NOT EAT CARBS IN THE MORNING. Most people eat bagels and donuts and all this other carby bullshit in the morning when your cortisol is elevated and you are more insulin resistant. Best thing you can eat in the morning if you must eat breakfast is meat and eggs.

Guess i'll try to work night shift so I can have both jobs if it's possible. What are usually the hours for night shift?

I've gone down from a 1750 calorie max to a 1500 calorie max and now I'm going to start eating 1000 calories per day. I thought I was half way to getting to my goal weight until a bunch of people told me I really need to get down to 160 pounds MINIMUM (so I need to lose 40 pounds more instead of what I thought was 25 more). This will easily take half a year of dieting and honestly if I don't lose at least 3 pounds per week with this new calorie deficit I'm going to be really pissed.

And yeah I get that I really have to do this for the rest of my life it's not just a temporary thing, but I'm in college and I don't want to waste any more time that I could spend finding someone before I graduate (which I'm not going to do until I can take my shirt off and look decent).

Do it now bro. Do an extended fast if you have to. Anything to get the weight off now. Take it from someone who looked like you in college and was 328 lbs at 32, losing weight gets so fucking difficult as you get older. Do it now.

I work "back half nights" so it's thurs-sat starting from 6:30pm to 7am. There's a 10 hour night shift called "front half" which is sun-wed from 6:30pm to 5am. Only "back half" is 12 hours for us, might be different at other Amazon warehouses.

I moved to America and instantly gained 7~kg.Starting myfitnessplan to lose some of this bullshit.

Honestly if this doesn't work at getting it off as fast as I need, I'm actually going to attempt keto. I'll only eat right after I'm done with the day (about 5pm) and 2-3 hours after that. But I'll try a basic 1000 calorie max and with the 30-60 minutes of walking I have to do everyday going around campus I should be able to burn a pound of fat every two days.

>I moved to America and instantly gained 7~kg

Just stay away from the carbs. Fill that 1k up with meat and veg.

Also, start lifting 3x a week.

>Also, start lifting 3x a week.
Already on that

>Just stay away from the carbs
Fruit and vegetables are mostly carbs tho

Sorry, stay away from the processed carbs (rice, bread, cereal, anything starchy)

Eat all the green veggies you want.

Eat fruit in moderation.

>Eat fruit in moderation

Because of sugar?

Yeah, fruit should be the only sugar you eat. Don't go eating a pound of grapes. Stick to stuff like berries, occasionally apples. Put the stuff in MFP to see what they cost you from a calorie standpoint.

If you stick to fruit being 10% (100 cals) or so you should be just fine. That would actually make a nice dessert if you're going to do OMAD-ish.

I need you to lose 60 pounds by tomorrow

I found some old shorts while cleaning out a closet. I was 245 lb when I used to wear them, I'm 180 now.

Some days I felt like I wasn't making enough progress then I see old clothes and pictures which really put it into perspective

How long did it take you to lose that much weight? You don't seem to have any extra skin.

245 was 5 years ago, it was pretty gradual until about a year ago when I started training at the gym and taking my diet a lot more seriously. I used to have a lot of extra skin but I have been working hard to reduce body fat %, thank god for intermittent fasting, it's not for everyone but it was huge for me.

>tfw 1 more week of dieting left until cheat month
we're gonna make it bros

All excited for thursdays weigh in desu, if I lose 2 pounds ill be 11st 13lb for the first time in my young adult life, last time I weighed that I was probably 14 now im 20.

Might treat myself to a subway.

Get a salad instead. No dressing.

>tfw applied through integrity but at the interview they told me they had no positions availble at the time

I hope to God the warehouse in my area needs workers for the holiday season, im tired of my current job

What's a good weight scale? I want to weigh myself

I have this:
amazon.com/GoWISE-USA-approved-Measures-Capacity/dp/B00CZPF5L2/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1506466576&sr=8-1&keywords=GW22025
It's a good scale but I have never used the fancier features.

>cals in cals out xD
no wonder u guys are so fucking fat

>Binged on antacids again

down to 215. Feels good man.

>lose 60 lbs in a year just by counting calories and walking a lot- weight seems to just fly off
>everybody comments how good I look
>feel good about myself and take it easy for a few months without counting calories (but not going crazy either)
>gain maybe 5 lbs or so in those 3 months not a huge deal
>decide I want to lose 20 more lbs to get under 200
>walk minimum 5 miles every day and stay under 1500 calories every day (except one day a week I probably eat closer to 2000)
>barely lost 4 lbs in a month

WTF???? Anybody else ever have this after losing a lot and then trying to lose a little more?

Finally took a proper shit today after several days of nothing.
Everything I've esten the past three days has been solely geared towards shitting (while stsying at my deficit, of course).
I've been farting the foulest fumes you can imagine for two days and kept feeling like I was about to shit myself, only to sit down on throne with nothing to show for it.
What a relief.

I'm on 1600 calories and one week the scale said I had gained 6 pounds from the previous weigh in, you probably haven't gained fat and just have water weight/big poo coming/ whatever other random shit bodies do

Anyone know the best estimate for a small combo Halal guys platter without white sauce? MFP says 710 calories but that seems low af.

There was an user in the last thread worried about his body and if you're reading this, know that you aren't the only one with whack fat distributions. Just keep cutting, we gotta believe we're gonna make it brah.

So let's say I want to make some chicken cutlets for dinner tomorrow. How would I input how much floor and egg I put on my chicken? Also I'm going to oven bake them so don't have to worry about frying them.

enough to coat, probably less than 2 cups of each

you didn't mention breadcrumbs either

make sure you season the breadcrumbs

can someone answer this

You weigh the flour you're going to use and count the eggs you use.
Then subtract a bit for what you didn't use.
Flour is very high in calories, so don't just guess.

>trying to make fat cute

I was thinking of using panko breadcumbs and adding a couple teaspoons of curry powder. So is putting 1cup of flour into myfitness good enough?
Also how would I measure panko as well, 1cup?

I was thinking of using a cup since only cooking 1 or 2 chicken breasts. So I should weight the flour before I put it on the chicken and then weight the flour after I use it on the chicken and subtract the leftover flour from the first part?

Yes I think you should weigh it like that. For veggies and stuff like that it doesn't matter too much, but be careful with flour.

Yeah like I said only going to use at least 1 cup and not all of it of course just enough to coat the chicken

The other person has deluded himself into thinking he is thin, so people are telling him he's not and needs to cut some more.

You should lift to fill out your skin a bit, not to become super big. Regarding the best program for you, there might be better generals than /fat/ for it, but you can't go too wrong with starting strength.

How the fuck does one use MFP? I just want to add cucumbers but there's like a hundred conflicting results (and wtf is with measuring cucumber in cups? It's a solid ffs)

I just ate a 400g cucumber, how do I know how many calories to add?

Alright a couple more questions that would really help me out.

How much weight should I add every day I go? I only used the bar yesterday, with no warm up. But tomorrow I'm going to use the bar to warm up. Maybe add 5Ibs every set? I don't know if they even have increments of like 0.5 Ibs, I don't know how that works.

Also my calories. The fucking calories. Really bothering me, but i think I found a solution. Say my TDEE is 2700, could I eat 2500 on gym days, and maybe lower that to 1700 on off days?

Stop being retarded.

Be a bit conservative with the weights. Adding 5lbs should be fine, but don't rush anything.

In terms of calories, with where you are now weight-wise, it's probably not necessary for you to cut as deep as 1700.
I understand it's scary after having been fat once, but if you lift and do a bit of cardio, you can easily eat around maintenance every day.

I'm still definitely fat though. I just wanted to ask because it would be really difficult for me to hit 2500 every single day. You know, unless I eat peanut butter more or have 2 whey protein shakes a day, which I don't know if that would be good or not.

Alright, eat more on lifting days and less on the other days as you sugggest here .

In the beginning it shouldn't matter too much. Right now you just have to try and get into a lifting routine. Give it a couple of months and see what happens.

>Carp up
He's trying to lose weight not get diabetes.

Is it a bad idea though? You seemed to just agree.

I was thinking more long-term with the higher calorie intake.
Since you are just starting out, it's perfectly fine to continue as you have been eating, but with a bit more on lifting days.
If, after a couple of months, nothing has happened at all and you're not happy with your lifts, you can always reevaluate.

Oh man almost went over but we made it today.

I better see wojak next time, you fuck

I only make OPs when the threads die and no one else makes them.

wojak is super cringe

why do you autists worship wojak? you're never going to get a girlfriend if you keep doing that

Anime is not better

>lifting since 2010
>look like a sack of potatoes
>fat fuck
>5'6''
>207lbs
>27 years old
>was on a good streak all week and today i binged

CONFESS

...

Stop eating out of a box and eat some real food, shit.

Fuck yourself.
