Yes it's good for you but use cream or it's bad for your teeth. The fats in the creamer bind to the shit in the coffee that stains your enamel and lowers how acidic the coffee is which reduces how much it weakens your enamel.

Black tea is the way to go. Comparable caffeine content if you go the loose leaf route and use a lot per serving. You also get the added bonus of antioxidants.

Just rinse with water after drinking and that shit wont stay on your teeth
