That guy who needs to get legitimately angry to get the weight up

>that guy who needs to get legitimately angry to get the weight up
You're actually autistic.

I don't do that but if it actually helps you then you're literally autistic if you don't do it

Are you some aberrant emotionless weirdo? I bet you stare at the floor between sets

>being so mentally unfocused you need to simulate emotional instability to perform well
It's a crutch, my man. Nobody should endorse it.

Just fucking lift the iron, don't be a melodramatic fag in front of others. Have some respect for yourself.

>that guy that barks like a dog before his set
In all levels except physical, you're actually a cunt.

Say that to my face faggot

Nah, you'll get yourself hurt.

I hate feeling anger because the only person I can be legitimately angry with is myself

>his lifts are so weak his level of mental and emotional arousal doesn't factor into his performance
well thats an embarrassing thing to disclose

>fucking reading comprehension
and
>he needs to throw a tantrum to bench more than his bodyweight
Only hurting yourself, friend.

>that guy edging in the gym to boost his lifts
Fucking distracting tbqh

>That one guy in your gym with shitty reading comprehension

I know you can't read, now FUCK OFF

>he doesnt just blast heavy ass music while lifting and reaching complete nirvana blank state just when the right note hits to push himself into another level

fucking mental dyels

don't get this 'anger makes me lift more' bullshit, when i'm pissed off i specifically avoid weights because i know i will just egolift with sloppy form and pull something

>that guy that likes to be in a cheerful smiling mood when he's getting PRs

Fuck you

>depression is rage turned inward
>sometimes you just want to break something
>sometimes you just want to bash your head in
>sometimes the best alternative is to lift with rage

>sniffing that bullshit amonia and grunting before deadlifting

my fukn sides
lmao

I've started grunting lately while doing the final reps of a difficult set. I'm not proud of it and I'm thinking I should stop, but it does seem like it helps my lifts.

That can be kind of annoying, but grunting =/= anger.

>when you sniff the ammonia and your obese friend yells at you to deadlift it
Powerlifters are truly brainlets

Hahaha, shit I mean if it works

>That one ripped old guy who gyrates his hips to improve his back strength
He has more balls then anyone on Veeky Forums

>t. screams "LIGHTWEIGHT BABY" before deadlifting 4 pl8s

>that guy who grunts/moans on every rep of every set

he goes to my gym and he dresses all in herbalife gear

>being so mentally inhuman you dont know how simulate any emotion to perform well
i imagine thats alot of us

It's been scientifically proven that growling increases adrenaline, faggot. I growl for 2 minutes before a big set

>t.
