i've tried high rep, but i keep wearing out. how do you high rep guys have so much endurance? I can do the first set or two with perfect form but i can barely do 2 or 3 by the end.

You adjust to it. If you've only done low rep, your starting workload with high rep will be lower because you're unused to it (and vice versa - if you've only ever done high rep you're in for a nasty surprise the first time you try and turn a calculated 1rm into an actual one).

Also being in better shape generally helps.
