I don't think I have ever had serious lat doms, but my back is my most developed muscle group, why is this? I usually feel doms mostly in my legs, and chest but rarely anywhere else.

Build a fence out of old wooden railroad ties by yourself.

You'll be tired all over, like from deadlifts, but since the work is actually dynamic and long, everything that doesn't work much will get painfully sore.

Either that or simple hay cube loading with a pitchfork. Throwing 40-50lbs cubes up a 20 feet up will make you take an extra off day.

I half-agree.
Quads and hams are easy to get rid of with stretching and foam rolling. I used to be really into cycling. I'll never forget how my legs felt after a 100-mile ride but it was always manageable.

Lifting has been similar. If the doms rrally bother you I highly suggest looking up self-massage or getting a girlfriend who REALLY cares about your fitness ambitions. Both will help.

Make sure you are rowing with back and not biceps, you have to cognizant that you aren't using your biceps primarily.

If I want to feel the burn after a back workout I run the DBs with 1 arm rows. Start with 55s do 8reps, and I keep moving up 5lbs. until I hit a weight where I can barely manage 4reps.

Came her to post this. Calf doms are by far the worst. Never knew how much calves affected simply standing up until calf doms

Maybe not all that Veeky Forums related, but backpacking, especially with heavy packs, especially at altitude, and especially when on steep terrain, will give you some of the best/worst quad and calf doms of your life. Every night you and your bros are sitting around eating because your legs are too fucked to do anything else.
