Its why hardcore calisthenicfags look so much better than 99% of Veeky Forums

Because his overhead presses are basically a standing bench press

i bet you'd mire his lower back though

his strict OHP is probably 2pl8.

this desu

Link the video faggot so we can see his form

he is natty

what is chase's IG?

And this is the simple answer as to why his shoulders look like they do. Very little of the force is coming from anywhere other than front delts and chest.

Hmm

because with that old school layback press style like 99% of the power is coming from your lower back and hips

This thread is good

that's not even that much of a bend, holy fuck that's impressive

it is impressive, but not as impressive as how mad he's making these 115lbs pressers in this thread

making Veeky Forums upset is pretty easy mane

this is why i am against putting OHP in powerlifting like what keeps popping up

look at the lengths people go to to cheat on bench and dead
>spine snapping competition

starting calisthenics routine?

If you're all about dat risk I presume you also only bench press in a rack as even 80kgs with the best of spotters can fall down fast enough to kill you.

you're a moron. that's a good press and nothing like the form that made them drop it from oly lifting. and people don't cheat on deadlifts like you claim. if you could deadlift more with a round back then the deadlift WRs would all be roundling like crazy, but they're not, because it's not the most efficient way to lift.

I don't really care about dat risk because most injuries are temporary, and also I play rugby so it'd be stupid to be fretting about injuries. it's just people would be maximising their lean to intrinsically dangerous levels

>nothing like the form that made them drop it from oly lifting
are you saying they wouldn't be doing that form if they put it in powerlifting?
>people don't cheat on deadlifts like you claim
i'll take sumo for 200
