Three stretches:
1) Quad stretches by sitting on both knees and lying back to stretch your quads.
2) Overhead broom squat with your hands varying in width (right next to each other, shoulder width, snatch grip) with chest out and thoracic spine maximally stretched.
3) Sitting in squat position with an unloaded barbell on your knees to stretch your ankles and hips

you want to stretch your quads and lower/side back, so google that
also you want to do a warmup on a bike or tred for 15 minutes
you also want to activate those muscles before hand, so a set of lunges after the warmup
