Meme lifts you do

>meme lifts you do

Kettlebell Front Squats

Calf raises on the smith machine

Deadlifts

Curls in the squat rack, but only while supersetting

I'll never understand why anyone does this retarded thing

>supersetting

So you do meme routines too

I do this, gives me a great calf pump

Because you can do heavy weight for your calves without taking up the squat rack.

but is 74kg kb front squat a meme? assuming those are a standard 32kg bells?

64kg, typo
>inb4 bad at math

i think supersetting is fine if u are doing it with isolation lifts that arent really working the same muscle group, saves me some time and can help with work capacity
so i might do hyper extensions then calf raises

Left side
>Feet at 50 degrees
Right side
>Feet at 15 degrees

What did he mean by this?

>he doesnt swivel squat

Weighted dips.
IDK how these hit meme status but I guess that's how Veeky Forums wants it.

Goblet squats are amazing mobility exercises

DYEL detected

I'm the only one that ever does them and I get weird looks doing it, but holy shit does it burn my arms

who's on your podcast today man?

I don't think you're supposed to go that high on the ROM

I believe you stop at 90 degrees

also I use an ez bar I feel like it puts less strain on the wrists

I dont like that exercise personally because 1) It puts great strain on the wrist tendons and TFCC and 2) Deadlifts or simple hand grippers are as/more effective.

Tl;dr there are safer exercises that are more effective

This fucking program is full of awkward lifts.

That's lmao1pl8

Is the Preacher Curl machine a meme?

I use it every other day for biceps but nobody else in the gym ever touches it and I feel like I get weird looks when I use it. It's actually one of my favorite workouts because of how strongly you feel the pump immediately after.

>he doesn't work his soleus
stay DYEL with chicken legs, faggot

>only way to add a cm or two to calf if natty
>massive carryover to athletic performance and prehab for injuries

No, at light weight and high reps it's great.

I do floor press. I have home gym though, so no one can look at me like a spaz

I do this. I lift my toes when starting the first squat in a set and move them out during the descent.
Been trying to fix that for ever and ever.

it's called a handstand pushup
