not op, this is me though. i am inthe process of losing weight. Will my current hypertrophy routine get me here? I am doing strong curves. Basically its like a 3x8-12 with a focus on hamstrings and glutes.

this is my weight loss. I made this a little while ago, when i weighed myself when i woke up i was more like 131lbs. I don't feel i've changed enough yet though to update it, i will when i am 125. My goal is 120 and then a slow bluk, right now i am cutting at 1,400-1,500 a day and still making gains.

1. Learn to record daily your macros and calories. Make sure you have a clear goal with your daily intake and to take in enough proteins (~100g for a tiny female)
2. Add any workout where you get stronger. Preferably barbell gym stuff

Errr. In a word, yes. The physiology is a little different. The sternum head of the pec major is round. Nothing can change that shape. What happens in a decline or using a powerlifting arch is, it neglects the clavicle head of the pec, which is triangle shaped. Incline bench predominantly hits the clavicle head (upper) chest. If you exclusively focus on the upper chest, you'll get square shaped chest. Exclusively focus on the lower chest and you'll get round shaped titties. Once you finish your cut, look into creatine for your bulk as a preworkout. It makes you a bit bloated with water weight for about 2-3 weeks but you'll definitely see results after.

That's not a "difference in training", that's a difference in genetics. Candito, for instance, has round as fuck pecs because that's how they are inserted. Take any powerlifter/bodybuilder and compare their chests. It's not whether they decline or flat bench, it's about their pec insertions.
This is the equivalent of saying "do tricep kickbacks for definition" or "do close grip if you want to work your inner pecs"
