How do i overcome my morning laziness?
Every day before bed I tell myself I'll wake up earlier to meditate, shower, make coffee and read newspaper but then I wake up and fall asleep again, wake up at the last possible minute, get dressed and rush to work
I already sleep 9 hours a day but I still want those 5 more minutes in bed

I have my bed set up next to the window so that the sun hits my bed around 9-10 in the morning. always works, and I never need an alarm

For me it's my morning coffee and morning bong toke plus shitposting. About half hour later I get in the shower for work.
