Can anyone critique my plan for the next 12 months. Sitting at 75kg at the moment, plan to get down to around 71kg by December, and then maintain for a while. Come January I'm going to slowly gain all the way back to around 80kg.

I'm 5'10 and I don't really mind being a skeleton for a while and I reckon my plan is good enough. Can I also get a bf % estimate please
