Yeah, tested is better than calculated and I freely admit it. But that would also require every user who wants to post to have tested their 1rm recently and made no progress whatsoever since then for it to be accurate. That's not many people at all, especially since few programs have you 1rm testing frequently.
Calculated on the other hand takes about 8 seconds to work out, so more anons can figure out theirs and post, and make this thread worth scrolling through.
There's no point in a thread that nobody can participate in; if I wanted that I'd post in a qtddtot thread.

calculators should be only used DOWNWARDS to get weight that you should use for repetitions, and thats assuming you are doing something like autoregulation, where you calculate working sets off top set of the day
