Do I need more ab muscle or less bodyfat?
how should we know
yes
you should start lifting you twink
yes
Skinnyfat? 145 and 5'11 isn't gonna see abs. unless your BF% is low. Fast more.
the answer is always less belly fat.
skinny people who never did any exercise have visible abs, mate.
This isn't always true
Actually lift weights maybe. I'm 5'11" 170 with visible abs literally just from heavy deadlifts and front squats. Never done ab work in my life besides the occasional plank
Damn are you me?
How long have you been lifting?
Yes, he's you - you goddamn retard.
It's an expression
Yeah man Veeky Forums is only 2 people. Us and that one other guy
~1.5 years. Abs started showing after maybe 7ish months, when I was ~160lbs and pulled a little more than lmao2pl8 dl. I started skinny skele / skinnyfat mode at high 140s, been essentially permabulking
>permabulked way to abs
you need to have abs surgically implanted like that one ken doll guy
>has to cut to get abs
But really I support you, especially if you used to be a fatty. We're all gonna make it, bro
real talk wtf is up with that guy
inb4 bog pics
depends
no, its a question. And its fucking reddit-tier parroted retardism.
People have been saying that since before reddit existed, newfriend
abs are revealed in the kitchen, but you won't see anything if you don't have any fucking abs
Show body or how the fuck are we supposed to know. Both probably.
I do heavy compounds etc but want to train my abs anyway.
What are some good ab exercises that are done for reps (not time) and can be done with no equipment at all?
I'm currently thinking of dead bug variations, maybe try and progress to v-ups?
Why not timed stuff? Planks and hollow holds are GOAT
>how to expose yourself as a newfag in 2 posts
I basically just hate doing shit for time - I mentally perform much better if I set myself a number of reps than a specific time, I dunno. I've been doing planks but I really hate doing them, I feel like I'd be a lot more consistent with core training if I did say 4x10 of some shit for reps than 3x1min plank variations
His bf is fine at that height and weight. He just needs to actually lift.
Not true at all
Well there's Russian twists and leg raises
D R A G O N F L A G S
Hanging leg raises are god tier for noobs in my opinion
Not necessarily good for at home though
Mah boi
