You could probably find several things that women are better on average at than men, but the upper echelons of pretty much every field are going to be occupied by men. Male variation in ability is almost universally greater than the variation in women.

That's untrue. I regularly play pick-up basketball against some of the girls on the Stanford women's team. I'm 5'10", so these girls are mostly taller than me, but they're not as fast and not nearly as strong as me. The fact that I, a materials engineering student who stopped playing competitive basketball at the JV HS level, can outplay top-tier D1 women's athletes is pretty sad. I'd honestly be discouraged if I were a female athlete, because no matter how good I got, it'd all seem like a pretty futile effort when some average joe could give me a run for my money.

People think that women are inferior because feminism declared that women should have the same responsibilities as men. Of course women are worse than what men are built to do (compete, fight, accomplish things, social dominance, lead).
