The weighted dips and pullups are the only thing that work and people who focus on calisthenics are always 150lb twinks who focus on bodyweight exercises. Calisthenics is GPP at best, not something people should focus on for strength or aesthetics

eric is impressive on his 'odd' lifts but through the twisting nether is on another level both mentally and physically 1500lb rack pull, 1000lb squat.... also for someone older than eric his physique is better
