Runs, pullups, pushups, sprints, squats, planches, situps, and do that a lot. Also get used to staying awake for days.

Why not just take estrogen pills?
Where at? Trade? NCM or Officer?
Get used to carrying a loaded ruck long distances at a 1km/9min pace.

You'll probably be in Wainwright.
Definitely get used to the ruck. If you can march with 50lbs in it for 12km at 1km/9min you should be ready for your trades training. That's just a guess though. Your ruck will be lighter than that, but you'll have other equipment on you that's difficult to emulate while you're getting ready. (flak jacket, rifle, LMG, etc.)
say goodbye to your knees and lower back, and also all of your gains if you had any
soldiers are all dyel unless they take gear. which the canadian military will kick you out for if you get caught lol

If the ~1 year recruitment process isn't already enough to make them think twice.
Wtf does Canada have an army for? To fight the bear and moose coalition?
To promote gender identity politics.

Remember, soldier, if you let your enemies kill you, YOU WIN
I just want to btfo some Russians when they try taking our land
>implying you won't give it away willingly
Killing your enemy means you lose.
At least k likes us ;c
Just use course/field time as cutting time. It makes getting big harder, but nowhere near impossible, people in the army who look DYEL probably just legitimately don't lift.
