My 2xweek program consist of working out a minimum of 3xweek, and reading the sticky in between

I do a push/pull thing. Cardio whenever I can. Count macros, calories in calories out etc.

I do:

A:

Weighted pullups
Incline one arm smith bench
Lateral raises
Preacher curls
Tricep pulldowns
Face pulls
Neck work

B:

Weighted pullups
Incline one arm smith bench
Lateral raises
Deadlifts
One arm smith shrugs
Cable cross overs
Ab work

All exercises are 4 sets, starting with a weight I struggle to get 10 reps of.

Heavily personalized program targeting my exact needs (I want rounder shoulders, addressing imbalanced pecs, trying to actually slim down my quads etc.)

I like Dan Johns one, but means the other 5 days has gotta be training too

Was me two years ago, do modified stronglifts with a shitload more accessories. Keep up the good work m80, don't ever let success go to your head

I would do some sort of strength program or you could do upper lower once a week, high volume, like to the point where you're doing 6 sets per lift
