I went from working a "physical" job that required me to walk a few miles daily and be on my feet all day to working at a desk job. But I'm still eating like I'm expending as much energy as I used to. As a result, I'm getting pretty fat.
How do you get 200 grams of protein per day, while eating enough to be satiated, while having a sedentary lifestyle without overeating? Should I just switch to eating only chicken breast and broccoli for all my meals?
Anyway it's not hard dude, you have chicken breast, lean mince, shitloads of fish, quark, tvarog, yoghurts, whey, eggs, also as long as you're consuming animal products in addition to other stuff you can count the protein in carb sources and fat sources.
Jacob Peterson
I do, 3-4x a week.
Cameron Bailey
>quark, tvarog, yoghurts
no one asked for euro shit foods
Jacob Hughes
>quark
where the fuck do you find quark in the states mein freund
intermittent fasting or just fast for two days so u don't get hungry as often
Adrian Gonzalez
Yes I do
Luis Foster
I've done this before, it's good for losing weight but shit for actually lifting
Hunter Stewart
How much more expensive is quark compared to cottage cheese?
Jack Gonzalez
A packet of pasta - 1700 kcal, 65 grams protein A glass of milk - 160 kcal, 10 grams protein 5 scoops of protein - 600 kcal, 125 grams protein
Xavier Clark
> eating plain pasta > having 5 scoops a day > 5 scoops in 250ml of milk
Chase Gray
reduce the pasta, convert the protein into meat and this is fine
>he thinks 5 scoops is a lot
Camden Taylor
You weigh 200kg? You have 200lbs of LEAN body mass?
Jeremiah Walker
>listening to roided out freaks that can get jacked just eating pies and ice cream
natty lifters need a lot of protein
Luke Hernandez
You have that backwards. The only natural people that would benefit from a fuckton of protein are children, teenage males, and preggers women. Everyone else? No.
Jack Green
I'll listen to people that actually lift rather than Ian McCarthy
Christian Cooper
>he doesn’t know how to craft a daily meal plan to hit macros >he knows everything else in the world You are a pathetic fag this thread is shit
Carson Ortiz
no retard, natties can't utilize as much protein because of less testosterone than steroid users
higher testosterone = higher utilization of protein
Adam Ortiz
>listening to pencil-necked geeks quoting protein intake studies done on mice
Jaxon Morris
>believing "naturals" and supplement/dairy/meat shills user....
Carson Baker
>no retard, natties can't utilize as much protein
That's why they need MORE of it. It's the same reason that old lifters need more protein than young lifters.
Oliver Nguyen
>we can't fit anymore water in this bucket >I know, we'll add more water
Robert Brooks
OP is retarded

>How much more expensive is quark compared to cottage cheese? dont know about your meme cheese, but quark costs around 1€ per 500 grams, depending on where you buy it. it's cheap as fuck, probably one of the cheapest protein sources you can find. the downside is that it tastes bland and not very good on its own.
Benjamin Thompson
No, the analogy would be that the bucket has a few holes in it so you need to keep it filled to brim to transport as much as you can. Lift with any older powerlifters and this becomes obvious.
Jacob Morgan
Guys should I put proteine shake in my oatmeal?
Oliver Morgan
you're the one that came to Veeky Forums for advice fatboi
