No, denying obese people procedures is actually your duty as a competent doctor. Procedures undertaken on fat people have substantially increased risks, they don't heal as well, its much harder for the surgeon and anesthesiologist to do their jobs which means that there is increased risk to both of them (fat guy dies they get sued). Most doctors push fat loss (with a specific goal in mind) before a procedure so if you're a fat dude who wants gastric bypass for eg the doctor will set a weight loss amount they have to meet before it will be allowed. Also you better be prepared, the old and the fat make up 90% of the people you are going to be dealing with in your day to day.
