My reps were normal and I good form, it's just as soon as I moved my legs from the area that you put them between at the end of the set to get up that is when I got lifted up. You are just too weak to lift over your weight fatass

on topic, i've only ever been close to injury myself, i was on the leg press when the cable holding the weight snapped and i somehow instinctively managed to push it away from me as i jumped out of the machine. the gym owner comes over and asks if i'm alright with a "please don't sue me" look on his face and i just shrug it off and move onto something else.

How'd you get into starting position in the first place? Either your arms are long enough to do it seated, which would mean there's no reason the weight should have flown up. Or if they're not long enough you wouldn't be able to sit down because as you said you were doing more than your bodyweight
