I want you to realize that it might seem like other people are getting the women you want and they might look more fit or groomed better but this is far more important... Structure. You need to structure your life so that you are eating planned meals, same bed times and an exercise routine that allows for progression. Currently mine is walking. I have to get more steps per week than last, It's getting damn near impossible to find the hours in the day to keep walking. I walk to work/the store/on shift/basically all day. I still end up stuck on the treadmill increasing my damn steps. I am trying to go from my current 210 to a ripped 195. All I am doing extra is walking it off. When I find the optimal amount of steps to maintain at 195 I'll cap it as my goal and keep it up for the next few years. I still do my lift routine 3 times a week.
In 5 years you will start to notice the value of being a man, women will be seriously looking to settle and their youth will be running out. At this age if you are healthy and have had structure in your life for the last 5 years you will be ahead of 90% of men who have let themselves go to partying, blowing their first years of real income and losing their health sitting at their desk all day hungover.

From my experience, it is usually status or wealth that fucks me. I make decent as an engineer but my social circle is filled with people doing far better than me.
