U need at least 48 hours to recover any muscle group, if ur batty natty anyway. Put on enough weight to do 5-7 reps. Heavy weight little rep builds strength.

It’s a widely known fact. Do ur own research. This is why PPL is very effective, u exercise same muscle group twice a week with 48 hours breaks. If ur a gear nogga u recover faster.

Depends what your weakness is. If it's locking the weight out (which it usually is), do a lot of close-grip benching, benching with bands, JM presses, floor presses, board presses, pin presses, etc. Also, do a lot of tricep work like tricep extensions. Speed work (like 16x3) is also really good. Don't fall for the "just bench more brah" shit. I did for a while, and it will only lead to more plateaus and bigger weaknesses. You need to attack your particular weaknesses to bring the main lift up as a whole.

Also if you're actually benching everyday you need to fucking stop. Not only will that lead to injury, but it also leads to overuse. That shit is only making it harder for your body to recover. Just bench twice a week and you'll be fine. Any more and you'll fuck yourself over with recovery.

It depends on where you are now, what you have already done and what you are willing to do. E.g. if you bench 1pl8 then just bench, that is it. But if you are pressing already 5pl8 while cycling all types of shit from T and deca to winstrol, clenbuterol and what not, then I am afraid you need a professional coach.
So consider one of the options stated below:
1) Take one of Sheiko programmes (or Smolov jr for bench) - they are pinnacle of periodization as long as you speak russian and aren't some dumbfuck, who takes templates and thinks, that you can apply them to literally anyone
2) If you aren't roiding, yet your bench press is impressive, then consider the fact you might be hitting your natty limit...and start roiding
3) Check your diet, check your form, get a coach
And unlike some morons inhabiting this board, I would suggest not benching as often as possible, because you will most probably just overtrain and end up than when you started. If you already bench 3 times a week, then it is enough. You can adjust volume during a training session, but ffs don't do 6 or 7 extremely heavy training sessions (crossing your 90% 1RM for reps) in a week.

Try different ways of lifting. Slow reps, negatives, hypertrophy workouts, reverse pyramids. Switch to dumbbells for a while. Change it up brah

If you're able to bench everyday, there is not enough intensity in your workouts and you may as well not be training at all. You need to blast them and I mean fucking BLAST them on one day and then rest for a minimum of two days.

Don't bench every day jfc why would u ever work a muscle group every day with no rest in between
If ur able to bench every day you must be doing 10 minutes of fuck all bullshit. Intensity And volums is important maybe try actually going hard for an hour every 2 or 3 days instead of doing jack shit every day. Get a routine down then come complain about stalling
