Few people in my gym squat more than 2 plates. Fewer still with decent form. 3 plate guy is our gym's superhuman.

Do you go to a commercial gym? those numbers wont even get a head turn in mine. Its one of the only hardcore gyms in my area though, full off powerlifters and ifbb competitors. I just hit 3pl8 squat and feel weak as fuck compared.

They think you are "strong" if you can bench your body weight or 200 pounds, whichever is less (meaning is you weigh 160 pounds you still have to bench at least 200 to be considered "strong", but if you're over 200 pounds the standard is higher).

If you can bench over 200 pounds, don't have visible abs and are over 6 feet tall then you're strong fat.

2 plates means 2 plates on a side. So a bench would be 4 plates+45 pound bar = 225lbs.

1 plate OHP would be 125LB

etc...
