Help me out a bit here Veeky Forums. For breakfast I eat oatmeal (100g oats, 150ml milk and honey) and fried eggs. I was thinking of adding some sardines in there. Would it be a retarded idea since I'm eating both dairy and fish in 1 meal or would it not be a big deal since it's not much milk?

I read online they average at 77, today I went home for lunch and mine read 70.

I understand theyre a very acidic option, up there with meat and alcohol, so I guess the argument being made in this thread makes sense - theyre inflammatory as fuck, but you can always balance it out with alkaline veggies.
So what Im thinking of doing is four eggs split into two meals, and one of them will be my standard spinach salad with vegetables and nuts. Ive been trying so hard to heard better but it does feel like a slippery slope as soon as you start eating junk again

I have South American family + friends that overdo cheese for a lot of meals, anytime going out to eat unless I ask for no cheese its an excess, and similar to bread/soda, once I have some I start overdoing it. In my head the easiest way to control my cheese intake is to not have any. Im considering buying a wedge of Gouda to keep in the fridge for on occasion melting on an egg. But thats as far as Ill go.

Except every individual Ive met in my life thats permanently quit drinking or doing drugs has found a substitute - candy, junk food, other drugs. If you force yourself to stop something youre gonna find other things to scratch that itch. I know for a fact cheese is good in moderation, thats what I intend on doing. Cheese will be out of my diet and on special occasions when Im not eating at home.

I just take a generic multivitamin for men and eat whatever is available. I eat a lot of fast food since my parents are weird with me putting food in the fridge and cooking seperate dinners. They eat garbage and I plan on moving out soon, but this is just where I am right now. Anyways, I just add a few hundred calories to all fast food and make sure I stay at least 500cal below my intake. Usually end up around 1000 less, and I've lost over 40lbs this year.
It's slow and it would definitely be faster if it weremt for a few things going on in my life, but when some stuff came up and I basically spent two months with no calorie counting or exercise I didnt gain weight. I'm happy since that means my eating habits have changed and I didn't even notice it. Anyways, yeah just coubt calories and worry about nutrients when you get there. Don't do it all at once.

Count calories man, it's difficult at first, but becomes easy and second nature after a week or two. You will realize how much shit you eat and want to change.

Cutting out carb-heavy foods is an obvious one, noodles and bread. Don't eat out, don't buy pre-made food, cook/make all your shit.
