No OP but I have about 6 months worth of food at any given time in my pantry plus fridges

i just stopped buying stuff to snack on
get a cup of tea or coffee if you feel boredhungry

Start by eating those light jello things, they have zero calories. Then slowly cut it out completely.
Get disciplined, eat only when required, pre-plan meals.

suppressing hunger with willpower is stupid , your body want food give him food , if it's the right food it won't be enough Kcals to make you gain weight or hinder your cut significantly .

Yes, everyone else is wrong, muscles do not need more than 1 day to recover. Look at bulls for instance, they do the same thing every day and they have huge muscles even though their diet is super low protein (grass).

Practice form
Do a hobby

actually i'm a turbotwink , I'm constantly eating from wake up to bed but it's always snacking on raw veggies

Become comfortable with being alone with your thoughts. See a therapist or something, or introspect. I work at a register and I could smile to myself all day thinking about my life, things I want to do, and ways I could possibly take part in the moment. I'm planning on decorating my apartment with an autumn theme, and I use the downtime in between customers to just... think and reminisce.
