What's a respectable one arm curl? I've worked my way to comfortably repping 60's.

What's your curl routine? That's a pretty good amount.

I just go down the whole bottom rack of dumbbells from 60 to 25 lbs doing 1 set of 12 reps (6 for each arm). Every time I lower the weight I increase the reps by 2. I made it up but it has definitely worked.

Wouldn't you just... Increase weight gradually, recover and repeat?

Lifting every dumbell in the rack, or trying to get big by lifting 20s with perfect form doesn't make any sense to me..
