In the off chance this is not bait, literally look up "how to low bar squat" on youtube.
Feel the back of your neck with your hand. There should be a prominent vertebra at the bottom of your neck. When you get under the bar, roll it up your back until it runs into that vertebra
dont squat youll end up crumbling under the bar one day and wreck your spine completely

It only hurts if you use the pad and switch off or don't squat for awhile. In about two weeks or so you get used to it and don't feel a thing. The same thing happens the first time you front squat too.
If you make a W shape with your arms when squatting your traps should naturally create a little flesh shelf you rest the weight on. If it's up higher its on your vertebrae and you're on course to dying in a wheelchair.

The bar rests on top of or just below your scapulae, depending on whether you're doing high bar or low bar back squats, respectively.
