I think there are few exercises on this board that are not considered to be a meme. Squats are one of them (I think).
If you don't like them, don't do them. Supplementing them could be hard. I'd be happy if I could still do them, but I have arthrosis and thus it's not really a good idea.

Long legs for your height, probably. If so, Oly shoes and careful evaluation of my squat stance changed my life.
Google "stuart mcgill squat stance width" for a test for your best squat geometry. Then buy some Oly shoes. You may need extra tall heels or some extra heel added on to a pair that fit well. This can be done by a cobbler. There should be several in your city.
How to check for how tall your heels need to be: Raise your heels with thin pieces of wood or thin weight plates until you get simultaneous full flexion of hip, knees, and ankles at the bottom with neutral pelvis and spine. Google "abdominal brace neutral spine" if you don't know how to achieve that.

You need to adjust your form to fit your physiometry. Lanklets should be deadlifting from a deficit to ensure full ROM.

Maybe with their toes elevated, though everyone I know with a long torso does fine with flat feet.
Also girls with long legs and short arms, and people with retroverted hips (i.e. tons of external femur rotation, no internal rotation).
Do Bulgarian split squats for a more useful variation, heavy leg presses and perhaps some lunges. Don't pay attention to the squat cult, if you don't need/want to squat there's no need for it.

Front squats aren’t bad as an alternative, but if you really hate the squat movement as a whole then Bulgarian Split Squats are the tits. I only do those and whenever I’m showing off to my DYEL Bros that are into barbell squatting I can hit a really easy 405
