Peanut butter is an incomplete protein, so I consider it a fat source rather than a protein source.

There's this health food shop near me that has a machine that grinds peanuts into PB and dispenses it into containers. Bliss. Cheaper than grocery store stuff, too.

Crunchy peanut butter or nothing

Chicken tits

PB2 powdered peanut butter

Look at the fucking label, and see what the ingredients say. Here's a hint: it should just be peanuts. If it's got sugar, palm oil or whatever the fuck else, don't buy it.

Thanks for reminding me to stock peanut butter OP.

teddie or go fuck your mother

peanut butter is a source of fat with some protein. this is like saying beans are a source of protein.

Can we please this into a thing, like worldwide? I seriously need that

Invest in a food processor. I'm sure you'll find plenty of uses for it outside of just making peanut butter. A $30 one that I picked up off amazon has been doing wonders for me.

The best

peter pan has the most calories so it's the only one worth a shit.

This. I can't get it where I'm living now and it sucks.

Awesome.

You can actually do it yourself whenever you want at home.

How unhealthy would it be to have a PB sandwich meal every day?

The cheapest and biggest at the store
>inb4 sugar
I don't care.

Depends on what else you are eating and how much PB is in the sandwich, probably.

My only issue with PB is that it's far too easy to overeat, so you have to watch your portions carefully.

not enough salt

this or Target store brand are my favorites

You got it backwards. Eating more is hard, eating less is easy.

PB sanwhich + glass of milk is my fav bulking snack
