This is what I do and I have abselutely NO problems with being fatigue but I also do a lot of cardio and my work capacity is awesome because of that, I actually end up being more fresh after workout

I go to bed at or 9 or 10 and work out (either lifting and a short run or a long run by itself) 3 to 5 days a week.

I feel great until 10 minutes before bed. I cut out caffeine after noon and now drink way less than what I use to.

Don't know where you live but night is the worst time for my gym. Go during that time and it's filled with all the people off work and every type of college kid.

well I start doing 300 cal cardio and then I workout, then I do maybe100-200 cal cardio again and then I workout and finish it off with 200 cal cardio.
