Feels like I'm getting punished by improving myself and becoming the best me. Just want to kill myself, I was so close.

Get more sleep, eat better and be more active while outside.

If I start balding I will seriously consider offing myself. I'm already ugly as fuck but balding will make it 2x as bad

I'm 28 and my hair is thinner, going on gear soon so I'm worried.
I feel bad for hair loss sufferers as not only may I become one but how the flying fuck has a cure (a decent cure) for baldness not been found. You'd make so much fucking money from it, mother of god.

It’s not a good feel but it doesn’t define you unless you let it. Be a man, buzz it, get over it.
