they are goat... I can't do them

...

Lol at you weak ass kneegga

I can only do a partial rep at a point where my legs make a 60 degree angle with the floor. Easily the best leg exercise if you are limited to bodyweight, even if you have access to weights, still great exercise.

Yeah, I do two-three sets of 5-7 of those MWF.

Oh shit he's on a piece of thick foam too.

Does anyone else do these on just the floor?

I like these but they fuck my acl or something I get a deep click in knee. feels bad..

I do them helped with the bed and some plates over it

Anyways i can do a lot of reps with a bit of hip flexion but only one without hip flexion at all

Did this exercise make you faster at sprinting or at deadlifting ?

Ross enamait would only do weighted glute ham raises for his posterior chain
The first time he ever decided to deadlift he hit damn near 500 pounds.

You don't have to ever deadlift to get a strong posterior chain.

Here's the video.

Ross Enamait is the most intense mfucker out there.

I put the tips of my feet underneath and old dresser.
Most of my energy is probably pissed away in keeping me steady.

For sprinting, it might make the push off harder I dunno.
As for deadlifts see

Strong ass nigga

What was his weighted glute ham raise one rep max ?

That's pretty amazing. Once I can do few reps with control I'm gonna go to a jim and see how much i can deadlift.

Yeah.
This is why I tell everyone to read his shit when it comes to bodyweight.

To be honest I don't think I could do one

Everyone post your deadlift max, bodyweight and if you can do or cant do glute hams raise so we can have an estimate

but thats a russian hamstring curl, user.....

Its the exercise that matters not the name

I thought thats a nordic curl.... WHICH IS IT????

i think its the same. GHR is with a machine and includes hip flexion/extension

russion hamstring curl your torso stays fixed with your hips. Only your knees should be bending

Id say GHR is much easier in comparison.

>can't identify *nordic curls* with *hips piked*
>thinks he can tell who's going to make it

both are good.

fucking cramp city

>"I don't train deadlifts"

>deadlifts 500lbs

>t. Dr. Boots

>strengthens muscles used in the deadlift
>deadlifts a lot
wow what a surprise

Shh
They're litterally fucking retarded and don't know how the body works.

Let them think that lifting weights according to some program is the only way to get strong.
That lifting heavy weight is more important then actually being physically strong and fit.

I've been trying to get Veeky Forums on board with Ross for like 6 years user

Its no use, they're all retarded

Strapping your feet to a wall and lifting yourself up at your knees doesn't equal 500lbs

yeah hes so strong but you cant even tell he lifts with a long sleeve on. want to suck him off a bit more faggot?

And there he is, deadlifting 500 pounds.
For people who fag on about people not understanding how the fucking body works, you know less then fuck all about how the body works.

You know how to ruin your body to lift heavier weights with no concern for long term health and fitness though. So that's....good for you.

he deadlifts but said he didnt to attempt to make himself sound badass to viewers

It is not all about weight, but more about the tensions that your muscles are under during nordic curls. If I work up to doing a Maltese, and end up having a very strong bench press in result, you're not gonna say "lol dude strapping your arms to rings and floating doesn't equal x pounds"

no no...you're right
he was obviously lying
papa rip says you can only strengthen the posterior chain with his special brand of deadlifts
you, a person who doesn't work out in any way, are obviously correct in your assertion

The posterior chain can only be built with The Conventional Deadlift™ and shoulders can only be built with The Press™
