I'm two months in and my 5x5 stats are

OHP: 45kg (5/8 | 0.625 plate)
Squat: 100kg (2 plates)
DB Bench: 32.5kg oer hand. I'll say equivalent to 75kg on bb bench (1.375 plates)
Deadlift: N/A (I do RDLs for 5x5 @ 90KG - 1.75 plates).

I do OHP standing and DB Shoulder Press seated.

Why the fuck does 60kg 5x5 OHP feel so fucking far away.. i cant hit 40kg x 12 50kgx 7 but i can barely hit 60kg x2

OHP fucking loves volume.
And core strength.
