Absolutely nothing. I am serious. Using steroids has been the most underwhelming experience of my life thus far. I suppose I can only blame myself for buying into the Reddit-tier hype that all the local DYELs propagate.

Just hop into the local /fraud/ thread if you want to see the kind of physiques that these "magic hormones" produce. The reality is that roids will knock up your current physique a few points. It wont by any means transform you. They are very very slow to take effect and the results take place from long term exposure. There is no acute effect from them.

They are helping me achieve my goals in a motivational sense since I know I will look better having taken them but it's a real grim reminder that you still have to do the work, whether you're on them or not. My best advice to you is get yourself looking as good as you possibly can as a natural and THEN go on steroids. That is when you're really going to look like a monster. If you look like shit without them, you're going to look like shit with them. They aren't magic

If your goal body is like pic related then you don't really need gear., just work out, cardio to stay lean and eat lots. Side effect from gear isn't really worth it. You may experience balding, worsening of your pre existing condition and most common one, ED.

Depends on your size and tolerance. If you build tolerances pretty quickly, I'd go with 1 scoop. If you're small and don't build tolerances very well, half a scoop should do.
