I went from Europe to lmao new world, and have been eating almost nothing but noodles and McDonald’s/Burger King/kfc/wendy’s/carl’s Jr. and I have lost weight.

On the other hand I have literally seen people bring in kids to McDonald’s at like 5 or 6 am to have breakfast, and literally every kid goes to McDonald’s for lunch after school.

BTW the reason I eat nothing but fast food is that the home cooked food here is disgusting. And if I take matters into my own hands I can only make a couple of meals that taste good because the ingredients either aren’t there or they suck ass.

What I found the greatest about moving to Aus was not just the public pools but the free public pools. When I cycle in to work I pass three sets of public ocean-fed swimming pools. Not 50m but long enough to swim laps for sure.
Plus all the public exercise equipment in the parks, the coin-operated barbecues that y'all put everywhere alongside the beaches. No wonder you spend so much time outside.

Lives for one year in Australia when I was 19, 2015/2016.

Stayed for six months in Fremantle. As an Italian, I almost fucking felt home, spaghettis everywhere. Also a few asians and a couple non-Abo blacks. It really struck me how few overweight people there were.

The rest of the time was spent either road tripping or working in rural places like Kargoorlie or Kununurra. Again, not a lot of fat peoples, and most of them were old or abos anyway.
