Supersets are fucking great, get more done in less time.
Just use antagonist movements and you'll be fine.

I generally do rows or pullups between benching and sometimes between OHP sets.
Bicep curls and tricep dips are a god-tier superset.

I do supersets for my light high-rep accessory exercises: curls, triceps stuff, push-ups, abs

helps you save time doing two exercises at the same time with no rest time and make the workout more intense

I train biceps ~4 times a week and im pretty convinced theres nothing wrong with that

they wont give you better gains, unless you are limited for time and can fit more volume into shorter workouts
the main reason to do them is to save time
