What does creatine do?
My doc gave me 20,000 Vit D3, once a week. I was wondering if 2,000 daily would be more beneficial.

Horny goat weed.

Yes. Penny sale.

I read that garlic is good but in order to truly make a difference you gotta eat inhumane amounts.

probably true, i just really like the taste of it

Fish oil and magnesium daily
Creatine every day I go to the gym
Whey if I go to the gym and didn't get enough real food protein

your body is shit at ingesting allicin. just eat 3 cloves a day and your set.

Me too.

>700mg creatine gaps
>it says here I need like 6 a day

Really? Would one of those have no effect on teh workout days?

>no protein

testosterone 250mg/wk

Standard dose of creatine is ~5g.

Pretty expensive..

$26 for 240 caps.

I am not sure where to get this in the UK. It might be good for anxiety.

Not sure what to do with this offer.
I want the fish oil but what else should I get?
hollandandbarrett.com/shop/offers/buy-one-get-one-for-a-penny

Maybe get this? 102 servings and it says here I will have to do it in cycles.
Anyone knows this brand?

precision engineered whey protein is pretty good, a bit less protein per scoop than other brands but doesn't give you the protein farts

How do you get rid of the smell?

What's a good multivitamin? GNC any good?

Does this look like a good multivitamin?

I can't find anything wrong with it besides it having magnesium oxide, which has a fairly low bioavailability. I take pic related plus 266mg magnesium glycinate and 1000mg fish oil daily

I'm retarded. Is creatine worth taking or will I my muscles bloat and lose their added strength when it's not in my system?

I think I will just get 2 bottles of fish oil. I will leave creatine for when I get better and more consistent with lifting.

Overall definitely worth taking. Better gains and no real downsides as long as you have functioning kidneys

examine.com/supplements/creatine/

>Q: What happens if I go off of creatine?
>A: A study found no loss in strength or lean tissue mass when you stop taking creatine.[1]

>he doesn't take shark cartilage

Never gonna make it

Any way to know if my fish oil is rancid, or am I just making a dice roll?

labdoor.com/rankings/fish-oil

research manufacturers. Look for those that use low temperature, oxygen-free extractions (typically molecular distillation) and provide testing results from independent labs. A good manufacturer will also add vitamin E or another fat-soluble antioxidant to the fish oil.

Also buy a months supply at a time and store it in the fridge.
