What's the most difficult movement at the gym? For me it's overhead squat
Most difficult exercise
For me it's the just one slice
hehe
Haha
The hardest for me is to make a move on a thickhog.
But in all seriousness, the pull-ups
Hoho
Overhead press, 225 is impossible
HuhHuh
Thanks for the laugh.
WR deadlift. Just can't do it, no matter how hard I pull.
Fufufufu
the hardest movement is the one you do less.
i can bench 225 for 5 reps and ohp 190 for 2, but i can't squat more than 180lbs for shit because my legs are already big and i don't give a shit about it, so squats are harder for me
very nice one
pokemon red
you have big legs but can't squat 180? Im assuming lbs? If so, that is ridiculous
it's not, you don't need to squat to have big legs
yes, we all know that. Im saying its ridiculous because imagine looking at a big guy that can't squat 180. Whats the point of all that muscle if you are just faking the funk?
another person who fell for the "SS is a meme" meme
but ""SS is a meme" meme" is a meme
OHP, my lockout fucking sucks, I'm having a really hard time getting past 165.

>225x5 bench
>claims 190x2 ohp
push press would fit that ratio, otherwise hell no. If you could actually strict press 190 you'd have no problem with benching close to 300
