I switched programs wich worked for me.
It inlcudes 5x5 bench and 3x9 db on push A and 5x5 incline and 3x9 incline db on push B

As a manlet I always find it funny when a lanklet responds to that word, it means he feels identified.
You could fix that, we can't, but there you are, just as low as us in a way.

What is your program? You should be doing a lot of overhead pressing as an accessory. The best way to increase upper body strength is to add more frequency which leads to more volume thus more gainzzz.

So instead of benching twice a week do it three times with varying rep ranges.

Bench 3 times a week and change the rep scheme.
I was stuck at 75kg too for 3x5. The problem was I would just bench twice a week doing ONLY 3x5 for some fucking reason. I started benching 3x a week. On monday I did 5x5, wednesday 6x3, and friday 4x8. Try that. Also you could try doing an actual program like Nuckols 3x a week intermediate. I'm doing that now and I'm making good gains.

I've only been at it 4 months and slowly getting there, but finding my bench hasn't increase much at all in the last month and a bit, i'm eating well (3k calories) but just can't seem to add that extra 5-10kg to the bench each month like I have been

2 things that helped me:

More accessories focusing on triceps. This might just be a "me" thing though as my triceps were the weakest part in the chain.
Eating enough. If your other lifts are stalling too, this will be the problem.

Try harder
If you still can't progress off of that much pressing volume while eating a fuck load and sleeping a lot get your test levels checked.
