Anyone else have chronic back pain? How do you deal with it in your training? I've found that doing really low squat and deadlift volume is the best for me to recover.
3 sets of squats per week
1 set of deadlift per week

I found swimming helped. being mindful of my posture and taking time to stand and walk around for a few minutes every hour helped.

Rolling for the true sons of skyrim
I've been lifting for a while, but started experiencing symptoms and was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis (basically arthritis of the spine) in the summer.

My dad has it pretty severe so the odds were fairly high for me unfortunately
You do the right thing OP, also start sleeping on your back.

I take a power aid bottle, freeze it and lay on where my back hurts
A little pain, but I usually can crack the lower back out and it feels alright.

Also, my lower back gets fucked up if I don't lift for awhile, but goes away when I do my deads. Should see a chiropractor, but I'm a chronic procrastinator.
My feet also KILL every morning. I have to use a rolling stick before I step around too much.
Fuck plantar fascitis.
Yeah for years now. Physical therapists and doctors suggest massage and weightlifting/exercises that don't hurt so I do those. I might have spondy, si joint issues or something but it woulen't make much difference because I would still need to exercise. Also trying to fix my APT has helped me. Seriously I thought I had good posture but all along I had been hyperextending the shit out of my back for years so it's hard to fix but I am surely getting there.

Always thought these were silly.
Race skills are useless and all "classes" end up being the same shit.
It's all about mashing R1 to kill dudes with your muscles.
Or slowly pressing R1 continually to hit dudes with your mind, ass, spirit or wherever magic comes from. Oh and bows are the same shit as magic, but with arrows instead...
Everything else is mostly useless.
Fucking sucks to grow older.

why the stealth archer obsession?
Stealth archers are OP
Have you been doing your spinal decompressions? Doing extra ab work to ensure you don't get too tight in the back with no counterbalance? You been to an osteo/sports therapist?

Whoooo love Oblivion
Btw strengthen your core more, hyper extensions, reverse hypers, supermans, planks. Will relieve back pain when your muscle 'corset' is stronger.
Staggered stance deadlifts instead of regular.
